Review process, and Indexing: The full paper must be submitted through the platform Microsoft Conference Management Tool Kit (CMT). email submissions icssa2025@kec.ac.in are accepted by exception only. By submitting, each author confirms awareness of the Ethics & Malpractice Statement and the Privacy Policy. After submission, papers automatically go into blind peer review, controlled by CMT. Authors are expected to ensure scope, novelty, validity (data reported, analysed, and interpreted correctly), clarity, compliance, and significant contribution, and must meet the formatting guidelines.

Review process & Indexing: Papers are submitted online and undergo blind peer review; decisions and reviewers’ comments will be sent to the corresponding author. The maximum length is 5 pages. For pages beyond 5, an additional fee of ₹1000/page applies. Final papers with plagiarism < 10% proceed to review (via CMT). All accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion in the conference proceedings, subject to scope and quality, and will be submitted to Scopus indexing platforms, subject to their quality parameters and guidelines.
